By the time Ridley got examined, X-rayed, wrapped, and crutched, everyone else was through the post-mission check-out and had already headed off to various and assundry places. They'd begun walking as they talked. Ridley gave Tim a grin as they stepped into a transporter. "Ai, you can do that. Not up to facing the gauntlet that is any meal with the Athosians?"

Because they were alone, Tim could be honest. "Not if you want to get lucky later," he said, "I'd end up being to self conscious. I'm really not a public performer." He new he was blushing but coudn't help it.

"Hmmm," Ridley hummed appreciatively, leaning forward and giving Tim a quick kiss. "I'm happy not to share you, even vicariously."

Tim enjoyed the kiss even if he thought it was too short and tried to follow that very kissable mouth, but was cut off by Ridley. However, he smiled at the other man's comment and said, "You don't have to worry about that because I only have eyes for you." It was corney but very true.

Ridley wanted very much to kiss Tim again, longer, deeper, but knew that anyone could open up the transporter doors and find them there. He'd done enough outing of the other man. He reached out and took Tim's hand, giving it a silent squeeze before releasing it, wishing he could keep holding it. "We'd best get going," he said with regret, hitting the map for the Athosian area.
