Kav wandered into the Lab where there was a Science Department meeting to be held shortly, and sat down heavily into the chair, sipping carefully to the steaming coffee in his hand.

Kav was deep in thought when he heard his name being spoken from the doorway, and he looked up, annoyed that he was disturbed during his work.

But he let himself smile when he saw Selen entering the room.

"Selen," Calvin greeted as he stood, touching heads with the man, "Be well today also."

Pulling back, he regarded Selen. "You are looking well."

"I am recovering well from the head injury," Selen answered, nodding. "I do hope your Chuck is getting better."

Kav smiled a small smile at Chuck's name, "Yes, he is much better now than what he was a few days ago."

Kav sat back down, inviting Selen to take the seat next to him.

Selen took the seat and gave Calvin an intense gaze. "Marran has spoken hopefully of your studying of the dart and the possible return of our people. Halling and I have been keeping the Vigil of Safe Return for those who may be in the dart. However, we feel it would be better, as the hour draws nearer, to keep the vigil closer to the dart. I was wondering if you could show me or tell me the best place to sit that will not interfere with your work."
