Bad City Boy
John meets the city. John/Everyone.

Atlantis
John is sinking with Atlantis. John/Rodney.

The second comes with a link to a companion fic from Rodney's POV by nel_ani.

"Icelus" by eretria might also qualify. In Part 4, Beckett and McKay discuss the former's connection to the infirmary versus the weapons chair, and the talk leads Rodney to the correct conclusion that Atlantis had been fruitlessly trying to get people to Sheppard's rescue for something like a week before sending him disturbing, guiding dreams through his ATA connection as a last resort. The city then dotes on the injured Sheppard.

Mostly, it's a damn good read. :)

Umm. There's a description of the jumper as "a quiet still mind that tastes of metal and crystal and air and light," and Atlantis is the "blood-bone-glass-steel city" in Sheppard's head, deflecting River without John even being aware of it. That's, er, kinda it.

Mostly, it's a damn good read. :)
