Hello! May I add you to my flist? I came here via ciorstaidh through her aonymous meme, when she thought I was you! I said I live in the land of song, and that's Wales. Cousins of Brittany. I'm told the languages are very similar. I only speak a little Welsh though, tippin bach! Oh, and I love commenting in journals and getting comments back!

Sure you can add me. You are from Wales. Sure we are cousins although, this year for the Interceltic Festival of Lorient, it was Ireland who was the guest of honour. But there were people from Wales and from everywhere who were very very nice.

And you know, I speak less than a little Breton but I have also been told that these languages are similar. After all, a long time ago, Bretons lived in Great Britain :)

Hi. I found your lj just surfing around on different pages on Harry Potter and the HGSS-ship. And I'm so new to this and have no friend, so would you be my friend *looks cute*.
And also I'm such a language nerd, and I would love if you could teach me some French. I'm Swedish myself.

Can you add me to your French filter as well? I'm very out of practice, but I can usually struggle through foudebassan's French entries with some help from my dictionary.

Not a problem! But I don't use my French filter too often:) LAst time, it was a post about the Seine a month ago.

As for Brittany, I am glad you love it. There are some pics I took this summer posted here and there at seashores

Yes, I went there when I was 14 with my English class. It was at Brighton (the Royal Pavilion is wonderful) or Bath, I can't remember. It was lovely but there was no sand on the beaches hehehe. And I hope I will be able to go once again to UK. Though, with the Eurostar it is not too far.
