It's been a week since everyone's favorite Lehendakari, Gaizka Toquero, scored the most beautiful backheeled goal I've ever seen against Albacete Balompié, and to mark the occasion, I thought I'd share two great articles about the man himself. We've obviously seen that Llorente + Toquero can work wonderfully! Now we just have to get Marcelo to see it, and act on it! XD

I loved translating these, because even in the Athletic-oriented press, it's rare to get in-depth stuff like this about players who aren't Javi or Fer (or Iker or Ander, now). Not that I dislike those articles, but I want more hilarious anecdotes and interviews with other people's moms, too! XDDDDD

Thanks! I'm always on the lookout for new sources, though my posts in general tend to be light on the pictures because they're so text-heavy! But the community can always use more pictures of our boys, no? XD
