I don't want Iker in Madrid. He wouldn't fit in there as well as he fits into Athletic. First because there's no Gorka there and because I think the style of play is totally different as well. It's not that I think he couldn't adapt, because I'm sure he could do that very well, but because let's face it he'd be benched, for starters, and then I just can't see him outside of Athletic!

As for the 'high ceiling' I think he means that they can eternally improve, like... there's so much space left in the upward direction... you know what I mean? They'll have space to improve before they hit the top?
Does that make sense?
