2016 in Review

This ended up seeming to be a year of little pieces more than full garments, though I did make costumes from the skin out for the 1690's and 1910's. I did a lot of knitting this year. Wow! You made a lot. Doing a new era is always so time consuming because everything is from scratch. So many lovely things! That Le Baiser ensemble is really beautiful.

I hadn't realized just how much I had made this year until I started writing this post. Road trips to Missouri in June and Virginia in July definitely helped bump up the knitting productivity. I'm glad you like the Le Baiser dress; I wanted it from the first time I saw the painting. Isn't it fun when you finally make something that you've been wanting for a few years?
