Dealing with fail

Right, so I'm working in Durham County Council, and while most of the people are lovely most of the time, it can be a little backwards.
And sometimes it can be outright misogynist, homophobic, transphobic and racist.

Rainbow badges are pretty. Maybe you could make some and lend them out to other employees?

I'm afraid I don't have any particularly good articles to recommend, but I will ask around.

It went pretty well, actually. It was lovely to see the flag flying, and I didn't hear any stupid comments.
Unfortunately I was not as pro-active as I had planned to be, as E&E the weekend before rather wiped me out, and I can't find my rainbow badge :(
