I might have to give bell peppers another shot. I don’t like them raw, but when I have them cooked in something like the black bean soup I just made for lunch I don’t get the aftertaste I don’t like. I don't like in big chunks either, but after experimenting a little. I found that using a blenders with mild green Chili, garlic and some celentro makes a great base for just about anything and definately gives a good flavor to broths, soup and stews.

We all have made the mistake with baking soda. One day it will click and you will understand the difference. Better luck next time.
