And you know, I'm still wondering why she saw him throughout the ep... She could have seen anybody, but it was him all along, helping her...

I think Elizabeth only saw John because if she saw Rodney she would run the other way. lol =P

I think it's more along the lines that John is probably the only one who really understands her. They are both in similar positions of leadership on Atlantis and both are usually at odds with Powers that Be. Also Sheppard always has a way of keeping in someone's brain. I know he's always in my brain... stalking me. LOL
