of smoking cessation. 10 years without a single puff. You couldn't have told me 10 years ago that I would ever be able to accomplish such a difficult thing. I LOVED my cigarettes, the accoutrements and the comfort of those Benson & Hedges.

Buenos noches,

Smoking always was a bad idea (though I loved it so deeply). Now it would be a complete disaster with all of my other health concerns.
