i heart "homo sweet homo." it almost makes me wish that embroidery didn't make me crazy. i simply do not have the patience for it.

Technically, it's cross-stitch, which is WAAAAAAY easier than embroidery. The cloth is woven with thick fibers that basically make it look like graph paper with little spaces where the needle can go (when it washes, it mellows a bit and doesn't look so much like graph paper).

It's worth a shot...

i once made a cross stitch thing that involved beads instead of colored floss. it made me want to poke myself in they eye. i'll stick with the knitting, thanks. :)
