Jazz Me Blues - Epilogue
Setting: Walking home from the bar.
Rex: It's probably going to be melt and disappear by tomorrow.
Queen: Then it never should've snowed at all.
Rex: I was born and raised in the south, so I hardly ever saw snow when I was a child.
Queen: The winters when I was a child were so long and tiresome.
Rex: That's why I was so happy when I saw snow coming down from outside the window once or twice a year.
Queen: In the winter, everything was enveloped in a thick layer of snow. And the sky was always white and cloudy.
Rex: It was an odd feeling, on those mornings when snow had fallen. Because it almost felt like I was in a different town altogether. Everything was white.
Queen: Not just the blue in the sky. You don't know, do you? The snow sucks away all kinds of things. The colors and sounds of the city...even the words and energy of the people.
Rex: The snow whitened all impurities.
Queen: I'm just so sick of snow.
Rex: I really have admiration for the snow.
Queen: *chuckles* Goodness.
Rex: It seems we have the worst compatibility.
Queen: True. Almost like the north and south poles. But isn't it more interesting that way, for the both of us?
Rex: *chuckles* Yes.

Knight: I hope it snows again next Christmas.
Aya: I never knew you were such a romantic guy.
Knight: I thought it would be nice if I can show it to Taiyou.
Aya: Taiyou-chan?
Knight: The doctor told us that if we operate, there's a chance that she might recover her vision.
Aya: Really?
Knight: But apparently the success rate is 50%.
Aya: I see.
Knight: But even so, I want to encourage her to give it a try.
Aya: Don’t worry - it'll probably be alright.
Knight: Of course.
They come to a cross roads where they'll part ways.
Aya: Alright then...
Knight: Yeah.
They begin to walk away.
Knight: Hey...Ran?
Aya: *footsteps pause* What?
Knight: If...if it snows again next year...if it snows, will you come visit? ....Taiyou? Heh...I wanna laugh at that sorry ass face of yours! My sister and I.
Aya: Fine...I'll go so you can laugh at me.
Knight: Promise.
Aya: Yuushi?
Knight: Not me...Taiyou.
Aya: I promise.
Knight: Definitely.
Aya: Definitely.
Knight: Well...I'll see ya.
