Was that a demo of the way Scoop usually makes their gelato (behind the scenes), or a different, impressive method for a special day?

Meh, a most un-Belgian bar... yeah, they've got the beer, but I really dislike the place (I also dislike Auberge for similar reasons).

I don't know of any very Belgian bars in London, a fair few that serve the beer...
