restrictions governing where sex offenders can live can't be applied to homeless people

I read an article a while back about this homeless camp in Florida which was comprised entirely of sex offenders. Since the convictions screw up the offenders' abilities to get places to live, these guys lived in homeless groups which then got busted and forced to move on for being bums or for being sex offenders, and at the time of the article, they were about to lose this last little place under a bridge somewhere in Florida, I think it was.

Shit, if you're going to give someone a death sentence for being a sex offender, just kill them.

Oddly enough, at my HOA meeting this evening, someone brought up building a park in the neighborhood and mentioned that it would keep sex offenders from being able to move in.

Never really been a fan of this notion of continuing to punish people after they've been released from prison. Or pre-emptively punishing in case they offend again. Either way.

Yeah, I am emphatically not a fan of this attorney general. He needs to go.

Of course I'm not worried, I always travel with all of my identification documents, several body guards, and a lawyer on retainer. Just making sure I have the full "protection" of the law that I'm assured of in this great country :-P
