I just read:

(CNN) -- Skybus Airlines announced Friday it is shutting down its passenger flights -- becoming the third airline this week to cease operations.

Honestly, they were only inexpensive if you bought your tickets within minutes of them opening the flights up. If you have to wait to within 6 weeks of the flight date, you were better off going with almost any other airline.

The airline business is probably one of the toughest -- if not THE toughest -- industry to be in right now. That's one reason I turned down the corporate strategy job at American.
