Harry Apparated directly to Sirius and Remus' front door with a small frown. Why had Neil wanted to meet him here? It didn't make any sense to him. Hell, meeting at the grocer would have made more sense to him at this point.

He knocked on the door, uncertain if he wanted to run and hide to see who answered or stay in place.

It turned out it didn't matter because the door started to open only a few seconds after he knocked.

Neil smiled sheepishly as he greeted his slightly confused-looking friend at the doorstep. "Hey. Come on in."

Harry couldn't do much more beyond nod and follow Neil inside. He was tempted to ask why Neil was there, but didn't for his own sake. It didn't matter, or shouldn't.

"Are--" Harry shut him mouth, not wanting to ask after his godfathers. He didn't care. Really. He sat down heavily on the sofa and closed his eyes.

Neil could tell Harry had wanted to say something, but it was clear he had decided against it so Neil didn't push. He didn't need his friend upset before he attempted to fix this mess. "Thanks for coming," he paused. "Is something wrong?"

"Do you count having set your spouse on edge as wrong?" Harry mumbled, offering Neil a sheepish smile.
