Summary: Lana went off to work and Kyle had nothing to do in her house, so he went outside. Going to the one place he knows, he stops by Harry's and knocks on the door.

Harry looked up from the book he was reading on the couch. He glanced at the clock on the wall, before putting the book down. It was boring anyways. When Severus went to work, there really wasn't anything to do anyways. He had been contemplating getting a job, but he wasn't really sure there was anything he would like to do here. He needed to explore the town still, find someplace that struck his fancy and pray he could get a job there.

He opened the door, feeling safer in the knowledge that it was daytime and there wouldn't be anything waiting for him outside the door he couldn't handle.

"Kyle," he said, green eyes wide with surprise.

Kyle turned around, having been looking up and down the street. A smile graced his face, his own eyes glittering slightly. Throwing up his arms up slightly he grinned still and spoke. "What up dawg!" He said it, paused after and felt odd speaking as such. Josh had probably steered him in the wrong direction again, but luckily it would be the last time.

"I mean, hey."

Harry blinked then snorted. "Hey, you wanna come in?"

He wondered what Kyle wanted. He hadn't seen the other boy for over a week and was glad Kyle had come over.

"Sure." Kyle said with a nod and stepped forward as directed. Looking around, he took in the place. It had a different feeling and view when in day light hours rather than night. Looking over his shoulder, he explained his comings before Harry could ask.
"Lana had work." He stated. "I had nothing to do, though I'd stop by." He smiled back at Harry before sitting on one of the couch cusions, and more.

"It's fine with me."

Harry grinned sheepishly when they entered the living room. Dvd cases were scattered on the floor along with a couple of magazines and a book. Severus would never see this mess since Harry always cleaned it up before he got home and since he hadn't been expecting company he hadn't gotten the chance to scurry around and clean.

"Sorry about the mess."
