Who: Moira and Harry...and Ian later. What: "a thread where Moira goes out with Harry and then goes home and is woken up by Ian being cheeky" When: Evening Where: @11
It wasn't until Moira offered to hang around with him that Harry realized he'd been letting work rule his life for the better part of the past year. As hard as he tried to spend time with Teddy and his mother, as much as he wanted to believe he wasn't sinking into a state, it was hard to ignore when he tried to count the number of times he had gone out just for fun since the fall
( ... )
Unable to contain a grin at the welcome, Moira hugged Harry back. "It's been a while. How buried in work have you been?" She knew him well. Or at least she used to. Harry was older now, and while not much had changed, some things were different. It was odd having a friend who used to be younger by a noticeable margin. But she didn't care. Everything about this town was completely barmy. Not one thing made complete sense around here, from people being pulled in from the past, future, alternate dimensions, before and after death...Moira had no idea why this town existed and no idea how evil hadn't found its way here to exploit it or the intense power lines she felt throughout the city, most importantly in the ravine.
But it brought her Zak, who she was glad to have known even if the thought of him sometimes made her go into a funk. It also brought Ian back into her life, which was the reason she was so blissful. It hadn't been an easy year, but Moira was slowly but surely putting her life back together.
"It's more how far have I buried myself in it. The last few weeks were..." Moira would know exactly how the last few weeks were. Harry was certain of it. He ruffled his hair and grinned, a little sheepish to be caught out like that by someone he didn't know half as well as he likely should.
Moira nodded. "Getting better though?" She certainly hoped that things were getting better for him, as they were for her. When he blurted that she was pretty, Moira couldn't help but flush. "I- oh. Em. Thank you?" She looked down at her lap, brushing a strand of hair behind her ear. Peeking back up at him, she looked slightly confused.

"You look pretty," he blurted out instead.
