Standing in the snow and breathing warm air into his frozen palms, he followed the trajectory of the falling object from the courtyard of the castle where Daisy had paused mid-business and had taken to barking at an incredible volume. He dragged her into his arms and held her mouth closed afraid to wake the babies more than anyone else. Morgana would slay him if she knew it had been his fault, more or less, that the children woke when they hadn't made a peep the entire morning.
There was really nothing for it. He was almost obligated to go and find out what the hell had just dropped out of the sky. The splash was audible in the stillness of the morning and Arthur changed direction toward the pond, taking off from the castle at a fast pace.
He stood by the edge of it, lurking by one of the many trees and waited for the creature, or person, to surface.
Gonzo emerged from the pond in purple tuxedo and crash helmet, dripping wet but very satisfied. "Oh, boy, that was the best one yet!" He tried to brush off some of the water. "Wait till the gang hears about this!"
Arthur wasn't entirely sure what he was seeing. Daisy growled in his arms, wriggling incessantly as if she wanted to take on the blue...thing. As if she could.
It was tinier than most creatures he encountered and a lot chattier and excited to have fallen from dizzying heights. It had to be magic. Either a person under some kind of bizarre enchantment or an animal. What Arthur had been learning was magic wasn't always logical and most of the time it was entirely senseless.
"Are you all right?"
At this point it was safer to ask than withdraw his sword.

"Sure, I'm fine! I landed on my head." He smiled at the man. "That's a very nice dog you have there! Does she speak English or dog?"
