Sirius brightened at the sight of Remus entering the room with a tray. "Moony, you came!" he grinned weakly, because really, he hadn't been exaggerating. He did feel rather like shit. He batted his eyelashes. "My hero."

"Don't cough on me." He smiled some and was shifting the items on the tray, and putting two pills into Sirius' hand. "Take these, drink them down. Then you're getting some syrup, so enjoy the pills while you can."

Sirius took the pills gratefully and swallowed them with a gulp of the orange juice. It was tangy and cool and relieving to his scratchy throat. But then he scrunched his nose up thinking of the syrup. "Do I have to? It's disgusting!"

"Don't complain, open up." Insisted, as he was pouring some into the spoon, then holding it out for Sirius, lifting it up close to his mouth. "Take a drink afterward, wash it down."
