Some form of order, even if it's just for now, would be best. I, for one, don't like the feeling of everyone-out-for-themselves. As long as we're careful not to make a totalitarian-esque place, or a dictator or anything, we should be okay. Especially if everyone knows it's temporary.
[ A half-smile. ] I'm not really good at the politics thing, but it seems like the best option. In my opinion, at least.

Even a council would require we hold a vote for positions, within a group mostly unfamiliar to each other. Perhaps what would be best right now is an equal sharing of information, as it seems we're all in the same boat of confusion.
Perhaps with someone to collect and catalog it?

she certainly doesn't carry herself like a vulcan, even if her ability to reason and temperament argue to the contrary. it's refreshing if nothing else. ]
I am inclined to agree, however, [ on the opposite end, his fingers steeple before him. ] a vast number of those emerging from stasis are emotionally compromised by both the experience and circumstances of their arrival. An emotionally based decision would be most unwise.
