Hey, guys.

[ Hotspur's looking happy - if a little warily so. Behind him is the gunmetal grey backdrop of the main hangar deck, complete with serried ranks of broken shuttles and throughout the video he glances off screen and in to the shadows. Tranquility means calm, doesn't it? Quiet and order? So maybe we should show a little love for the opposite too.

Well the whole point is that they're supposed to reflect their relation to the Tranquility, you know? But go on, tell me what you had in mind.

I get it. But things can relate to Traquility without meaning the same thing. We aren't all fans of peace and quiet.

What about Spirit? Or Felicity?

[ Hotspur's gaze flickers over the wings - but he wouldn't know an RAF uniform if it metaphorically bit him in the face. He nods curiously and drags his eyes back up to meet the other man on the feed. ]

[ oh, a captain! Hotspur diligently sits a little straighter in his seat. Such a keen little lieutenant. ]

Good to see a few more military men around here, sir. Have you had much experience with shuttles like these? [ A small jerk of the head, indicating the other ships in the hangar bay. ] They're pretty beaten up but it'd be great to have some more hands to man them when they're spaceworthy again....

Well, captain, if you ever want to rack a few more hours you should come join us down in the hangar levels. [ He slaps a hand on the broken control panels for emphasis, adding with a grin: ] The sooner we can get these birds fixed up, the sooner we can see which of the new crew will be the Tranquility's first top jockey - [ the grin has turned altogether mischievous but Hotspur doesn't forget to tack on at the end: ] - sir.

[ yeah, that is so a challenge. ]
