I saw a quiz similar to this, but it was phrased a little differently. I think it was the "how difficult is your life" or "How bad off are you", or something like that... which I think made a little more sense than "spoiled".

I don't think it makes much sense either. If you've worked hard to buy some nice things, then it just means you're affluent, not spoiled. Spoiled implies that you've gotten things some other way than by merit (had them given to you, for example).
