The rabbits appear to have forgotten her - not surprising given her absence - and one decided to attack her. Not in the mood for fighting right now, she'd deflected it as a minor annoyance, and then discovered that if she carried the angry and screeching thing by the scruff of the neck, the others tended to leave her alone.
Eventually, though, it's just a matter of following the crackle and the light of the fire, swinging the demon rabbit idly as if it were already dead.

"...hey," he says, and then tilts his head. "You--" wouldn't have a sister, would you? "You lost or somethin'?"

"Not really," she says, with a friendly grin and a shrug, strolling the rest of the distance casually. "Came looking for a guy named Jet camping out here."
You wouldn't happen to know where he is, would you.

Or shout, "Sorry!" in a very apologetic tone as more bunnies go bouncing off ice. "Hang on!" shouts Katara, "just have to get past these dumb rabbits!"
