I have decided not to go to my university course tomorrow. Again. I was already missing last week. Decisions like that come so easily these days that it nearly scares me. But well, I haven't done anything of what I've been planning to do for it and the professor is of that adorable grandfatherly type and I like him so much that I'd feel like

I have done the same thing, not gone to class because I had not done the work... I felt bad about it, too, but I would have felt worse going to class, like it is just wasting the professor's time to be there if I don't know what he is talking about.

I don't know precisely if it's the RIGHT thing to do, but it's not the end of the world. Certainly Caranthir has done worse things... *coughKinslayingcough* So he can't complain in any case, though I don't think that you would ever get him to hold his tongue if there's somthing unpleasant to say. ;-)

(And on an unrelated topic... I reached 50,000 words and am an official NaNoWriMo winner. I just feel that I have to tell everybody I meet this fact! It is so exciting to me that I could have done this, particularly writing the last 20,000 words in just two days! *SQUEE*)

So I'm not alone. That's fine. Though I still feel bad about it, but as you said it's probably better than sitting in class and having to make up excuses.

And yes, Caranthir has done worse (and gets unbearably sulky when I bring up the topic) and no, he won't hold his tongue. ;-)
