It's Saturday night ... I spent practically the whole day reading 2 books. Well, I did get out for about two hours in the morning with my Mom to have our head and feet massaged; I also got my hair trimmed. Then, I got back home and continued my reading. I didn't mean to do that; but the books were pretty engaging. I thought I should used the fact ( Read more... )

I only watched LOST for the first season -- I don't know much about Ian Sommerhalder's career as an actor. But if he gets bad, and I mean really bad in this show ... well, I'm all for it.

The music in VD was totally awesome. I liked every single song they used and it was awesome that there were a few new songs (at least for me) among them :)

@ Damon:

I'm a bit torn here. You know,I wanna like one of the vamps *lol* I mean,I like Stefan so far but more in a "he is nice and all but it will totally get boring soon" way. I was hoping for Damon to be the "badass,snarky,not killing" type of vampire...
On the other hand,I think a really COMPLETELY bad Damon can be a lot of fun and would make an interesting character!

@Damon

Yeah, you want him like Eric *g*. I'm just tired with bad ass with moral code you know. The way I see it, vampires CAN be bad and I want Damon to show that dark side of a vampire. I will love him for it. Dark side is not always repulsive. Look at Darth Vader *g*

Kevin Williamson definetly was amazing with using good (indie) music in his shows. And this show definetly did use good music so it has potential when it comes to that, lol.

I can understand wanting the bad guys who really are bad. Damon definetly is that, I think, so that makes me happy too. But yeah, it's hard to say too much about the show after one episode so I'm curious to say how it'll work out; it could be good, I think.

Yeah, I can't really judge TVD only after one episode even if I love the music *g*. I would like to see few more episodes before deciding whether I will continue watching or not.

The music on Dawson's...oh I loved it. I had a playlist with a lot of the music on my old computer. Now I want to go find some of those songs, LOL. Also I just wanted to say I hate how they changed so many of them on the DVDs. Sigh.

I'm embarrassed to say I saw the premiere of Vampire Diaries. It was absolutely horrible. I'll consider watching more if my flist boasts about it later.

Have fun reading! :)

I think Dawson's Creek is the first TV show where I pay attention to the music as much as the story. It has VERY good songs in it. My most memorable will be the Mary Beth Mariarz and Tara MacLean ones because it is on the episode where Pacey kissed Joey *g*

Why embarassed if you think that TVD is horrible? You're entitled for your opinion ;). I have some shows that I will not watch even if my flists love it to death. Especially if I can't get engaged with the story or characters.

Vampire Diaries was a bit boring and reminded me a lot of Twilight...
