I will be in a full-day workshop from 9 AM to 6 PM so I can't post here except this time (it's morning, about 5.30 AM on a Tuesday). And that's because I need to post about Brothers & Sisters latest episode. FINALLY, after 3 weeks of waiting!! Gosh, how can I survive the summer break??!

I know!!! *laugh*> She deserved the sex, she needed it *lol*. It has been such a long time since she did it. And the song they used for the scenes is totally fitting, "Awww, it's getting HOT in here"

And oh, I am also happy when I read the news that Ellen Pompeo is expecting her first child (I love multiracial couple because they're few)!! Do you think this will be included in the series, somehow?

I was asking myself the same question. I think there's a huge possibility that Meredith gets pregnant, too. How do they want to hide her bump on the show? That's kind of difficult. They could try to hide it but every one would just know that she's expecting.

Well, they did it now with Lexie -- the actual actress is pregnant and they showing her carrying the medical chart, hide behind desk, etc. So, if they want, they will hide her bump. I'm not sure how they will work out the Mer/Der issue at the finale. There are still too many issues between them to actually let a baby into their mess as well, right?

I know, but she's a minor character so it's a lot easier to hide it. Also when she's in her last months of her pregnancy they aren't shooting the show anymore because of the big summer break. When Ellen is in her last trimester she should be on set all day long. I really don't know what they are planning to do, they can go either way but I'm sure they're considering writing it in. But what do I know? ;) I was also sure they would make Lily pregnant on HIMYM and I was really surprised that they didn't do it. I guess we just have to wait and see. If they'll write it in, it's not going to be an easy ride for Mer/Der because I think they aren't ready to become parents, yet.

Yeah, I was quite surprised too. Different with Mer/Der, I think Marshall and Lily are ready to be parents. So I was surprised that they didn't include the baby now that Allison Hannigan wa pregnant. But maybe, it will "disrupt" the storyline somehow.

Exactly!! That is why I'd like to see Mer/Der settling down first, sort the mess they're in BEFORE actually deciding to have a baby ... You see how it goes with Bailey and her baby AND her marriage. And she used to have the "stable" relationship. I can't imagine Mer/Der bringing a baby if they're still in the situation that they're in now (even if they're engaged)

Oh that is so awesome for Ellen and her husband! Those are always great things to read of course. You'd think they'd include it in the series somehow, right?

As much as I love it for them to include the baby in the series ... I don't THINK Mer/Der is ready for a baby yet. They're a mess ... and they need to sort that out. I'm not sure how Shonda will go around that but I really, REALLY, want to see Mer/Der settling down and sort everything out first before deciding to have a baby.

Am avoiding B+S stuff cos I am not caught up yet (am almost here) but just had to squee at the Ellen Pompeo pregnancy! They can so easily get that one into GA now her and Derek finally got engaged. :) Be interesting to see how it works out for the show.

I know that all the Bones made you squee so you still have time to catch up with B+S :p. It's just that for me B+S is my favorite show at the moment ... though Bones usually ALWAYS make me happy.

Like I told everybody before you, I don't think Mer/Der is ready for a baby yet. So if they want to include Ellen's pregnancy into the storyline, they need to make Mer/Der sort out their mess first.

But following the stuff with Derek this season I think they need to address their issues. Maybe this will make them!

That reminds me - I must check if there has been any new GA. I have no clue if I am up to date or not.

There is still no news what they will do with Mer as character. But I will not be surprised if Ellen Pompeo will be walking around with medical charts or hiding behind beds because there are no "baby" storylines :)
