I haven't really got anything to say right now, so I thought I'd open up the floor to questions.
If you've ever wanted to ask me a question, now is your chance. Ask me anything, personal, fandom, random things that are silly and yet you've always wanted to know.Doesn't matter if it's TMI, I'm already pretty damn TMI over here anyway. Or if you've

3.) What is/was the best fandom you've ever been involved with? (Either favorite, most fun, best people... whatever criteria you want to take into consideration.) What is/was the worst one?

Two things, books and the large amount of time I spent at the library when I was a kid. My Mom's dentist office (where she works for my uncle who's the dentist) is less than a block away from the library (it's like the second building behind it), so when I was a kid instead of sitting at home I'd go to my Mom's work and go sit in the library. It was like a second home, I spent so much time sitting there, the librarians knew everything about me. I went to every single program, hell I spent the night in the library for a program! I loved reading and books, so it only seemed natural to just hang out there.
When I got older I was interested in becoming a librarian but I really didn't think too much of it, I went to school to be a baker (I wanted to open my own bakery) but I realized that my heart was really in information science and libraries, so I switched. :) I really can't see myself doing anything else, really. lol I love information and finding it, looking at it and helping people navigate to what they want.
How about you, btw?

I wasn't quite sure if I wanted to teach, or go the library science route so I taught abroad in Japan. I love kids, but I didn't really like teaching that much. I hated being boxed in by a curriculum.
So then I came back to Canada, started working in a library and loved it, and realized my professor was right and that library science was for me!
