download that little zip file. it has 2 pictures of the VLC player. there u can make the subtitles files make work. (if u don´t have the VLC player, u should go and get it, it helps a lot when u have subtitles- probs.^^) just follow step 1 - 7 (yeah, i explained every little detail^^°°) for more questions, just comment in my LJ.^^ http://www.mediafire.com/?ahmc5mljd9c
