On Movies (Gore)

Ok, I must admit that gore movies can be fun and entertaining, but they are just WRONG!

I don't think that it's normal that when people come out of Texas Chainsaw Massacre they say that "it's ok, and it wasn't shocking". That's the problem!

People will get used to gore, and well, that shouldn't happen. Violence shouldn't be seen as normal...

But... in a relative way, violence IS normal... Matter of fact violence is inherent to everything... there`s violence when you take a cab, when you talk to your mother, when you read a comic book... there´s always a constant struggle between an infinity of forces, and in the end, that´s what gives shape to the world, or better said, to our conception of the world...

I don´t know, but i don´t think that violence should be demonize just by saying "it´s bad, it´s wrong... because i say so..."

And when people came out of Texas Chainsaw Massacre they know they have just seen a movie... it was just an aesthethic experience, that´s all...

P.D: No... i don`t support violence in anyway, but i really would like to hear why do you think violence it`s so unwanted... i´m just a little bit bored, and a discussion about pacifism is always entertaining.

first place: that's a sucky gore movie, nothing like a good zombie or rage virus infected people movie to enjoy on the pleasures of gore and exploring on usual fears like fear of the darkness, of being alone, of small spaces, etc.
second place: violence is normal on the sense that violence is possible, not normal would be to not have any violence at all, which doesn't mean it wouldn't be good. I think you probably confuse normality with integrity. integrity means things are good through good adecuate means.

A ver...me lei un año, creo que mas de muchos momentos...como dije un día, y yo de metiche..pero me interesa saber, conocer y bue no digo mas, no porque no quiero, no debo.
