A rather distressing matter of digestion

Ok, so I'm familiar with bad signs of animals having eaten something bad:
excessive water drinking, limited water drinking, not eating (because something is blocked), not pooping, distended belly, discomfort when compressing or decompressing intestinal or stomach area

The timeline is thus:
Sat afternoon Rhea was left alone in the car for about 20

Poor Rhea! I think you really need to take her to the vet as soon as possible in this situation. I know that puppies have a tendency to eat foreign objects but there really isn't any way to know whether or not this isn't serious unless you have it checked out. I hope things get better soon!
