He couldn't quite decide, though, if his sense of dissatisfaction was due more to the shameful but deep-seated feeling that if there were going to be that much personality present in his TARDIS console room, it really ought to be his ..

This is a loving look at one of Eleven's little quirks (heck, probably a quirk that applies to all the Doctors. Heh.) I also liked the fact that you wrote Shakespeare as so obviously respectful of the TARDIS, and mentioned his ability to hear both the original language and Her translation.

Plus, of course, everything that everyone else has mentioned. Just excellent!

Glad you liked! I figure that probably is a quirk that would apply to most, if not all Doctors. And that the TARDIS translation thing might go along with Shakespeare being able to see through the psychic paper.

This story pretty much illustrates everything I love about the eleventh Doctor, and why as much as I love the tenth Doctor I sometimes like the eleventh better.

It's a hopeful story, even as it's sad. I'm glad I read it, so thank you for writing it. :)
