depends on what you heard. if there was a BIG crack or anything you could possibly mess up your axle and suspension system. but most likely, you just jostled your alignment and it'll be just a little off until you get it fixed. which is a good thing if you notice that it's off, you will have to buy tires much quicker with a bad alignment.
