I remember when this whole Avengers craze started and I was like, "PUH-LEASE" it is going to suck. MAN I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO HAPPY TO BE WRONG IN MY LIFE.

Have you seen MI:3? It is probably my favorite.

Watch Elementary! I think you'll really like it.

(And I am getting more and more depressed thinking about how much I am going to miss Leverage)

Hah, exactly. There are occasions where I love being proven wrong. :)

The nice thing about Leverage is that the ep format is good for frequent rewatching. I still haven't grown bored of the older eps, no matter how often I've seen them.

I'm glad to hear that because I haven't watched it yet, but I bought the first three as a trilogy box set since it was dirt cheap. I'll skip #2, looking forward to #3!

I have Avengers on my iPad, and I watch it over and over when I'm working out. It's quit energizing to watch Natasha kick ass.

And: Hay from Moab! I'm still here! I am NOT leaving until I can endure one night in my tent. Which is just as well, because the road home is still a mess. :D

Haha, wait, where are you sleeping then? And exactly how cold is it in Moab right now? I though it gets pretty chilly there in the desert in the winter, 'cause of the elevation.

I spent a few nights in zero degrees celsius with inadequate sleeping bags and boy, that is not an experience I ever want to repeat.

Have you done any climbing? Got pics?

Shiiiit, that sounds scary as hell, I'm glad you're alright. Be careful! (Hey, that's your line!)
Looking forward to the pics. Me, I can look forward to three days of rain and grey, meh. But we already had a few nice snow days so I'm not giving up hope for a proper snow, icy winter.

Hey btw, I'm using my free time to work on my own project, finally! It's a pop-up book and I think the idea is solid. Haven't offered it to a publisher yet, though. But I wrote the script last week (after a week of staring at blank pages and tossing out scribbles), now I'm working on a dummy at a leisurely pace and I'm really enjoying myself. Telling you, I'm sick of the deadline stress. I honestly don't think I can do it any more. No longer gonna work illustration full time. Part time will have to do.

I would actually like to do this one entirely on my own, just this once, but it's probably not feasible with a pop-up book of all things.

No crossposting? That sucks. I think that was the day I created my new dw account and had trouble with the crossposter, too.

But today at least (as opposed to last year), I at least had time to actually do the meme, myself.

I'm sorry casestory was such a disappointment for you. I spent sooo much time on that art, and I really did like the outcome, but nobody read the story I made art for (not even me, oops). Well, sometimes big bangs turn out strange. I have not signed up for any since summer, and am feeling very happy about that.
