I love it. Thank you so very much. Spike looks utterly pleased with himself and Dru would appreciate all that red.

He sure looks pleased with his suit!

Cool prompt, it was. Now I'll recognize this style of clothing.

he does

it was naturally a rather limited fashion period but I have fun with it (especially with my characters in my 1930's demon hunter series)

EE! seconding everything CoM said, and he's all bumpy faced! :D That's so cool.

The other two illos are also lovely. I love the shading on Christian Kane's face.

Heh. Yeah, I was pondering whether to do him with vamp face or not, and I figured if you do something, don't do it halfway. *g*

Spike is absoluely fantastic! I can see him strutting around in this outfit.

And you've caught the essence of both Eliot and Nate.

Omg, the color is so garish. /o\ But that's the one Spike wanted, what do you wanna do...

Spike has no fear once he's decided what he thinks is cool, agreed. What a vivid color - and making him vamped-out here is perfect, I think.

(I just re-watched "Becoming, Part 1", where Angel tells Whistler he wants to help Whistler's cause, "But I don't wanna dress like you." And now I wonder what Spike's reaction to Whistler would have been .... :D )

Yeah, I felt vamped-out Spike was the way to go with that suit. I was going for 'slightly absurd'. ;)
