Hey, I warned you I can only write them as a pairing under a couple of circumstances.

And actually, I really love the idea of him coming back to her like that (of all of them, actually, cause in my mind Meredith and Cristina are just outside of the room).

And for whatever reason that's what the song made me think of.

I was actually thinking about writing this conversation (well, the beginning did we try part) for the Izzie thing, but decided to use it here like this instead.

And I hadn't heard the song before, but I quite like it.
