Drowning in "great" literature

I am now officially on Spring Break. I just finished my last midterm, a singularly stressful experience--my heartbeat has yet to slow to its normal pace. My professor is very techno-savvy, and so she posted our exam online and had us take it on the computer--with a time limit of ninety minutes. Now, normally, I work well under pressure. Just think - even after break is over, there'll be ConneXions to look forwards to.

BTW - you are aware that there's an informal UNCLE get together on Friday night at ConneXions? Jane Terry just reminded me of that.

Ulysses, eh? What kind of spring break is that? I remember struggling with that. But it's great and rewarding "at the other end". The novel is that kind that stays with you, and, as a bonus, you can boast at having read it - which not many people have. It's fun at work and parties :-P
There's just one thing - you should know Norwegian on beforehand, and that takes more than a spring break...
But it looks like you will have other, fun things to do, so - have a great time!

Congrats on being done with midterms! Yay!

Had to comment and say that, while I wouldn't ever call it "funny", The Scarlet Letter is absolutely beautiful. It's also pretty easy going, as I recall. I read it in an evening (long ago *G*). I loved it.

Using my Illya icon, as he is the member of the partnership who is *able* to read. *G*
