My summer shows have come or are coming to a close so couple thoughts on them:
Teen Wolf Season 5.A Started out good but fizzled towards the end. Again. And it cemented something for me. If this were Team Arrow, Scott would be the Felicity of the group. So (
general story spoilers if you will )

And Theo's plan? Makes no sense. Seems to me he could have done what he ultimately did at the end of last ep before. I'm wondering if the Dread Doctors are in on the whole thing or if this is his own little side show (my money's on the latter).
And can we please have more Stiles again? Nothing against the others, but I need my fix. I actually watched Maze Runner the other day because of SERIOUS STILES WITHDRAWAL!

Hee. Basically, Oliver is the leader of the group and Felicity is the "heart" and moral compass. And Scott can be a true Alpha all he wants but he is not the Alpha of his friendship pack.
I mean, back in Season 2 Derek didn`t do great as an Alpha either but at least he WAS the leader of his pack.

I agree. I think Theo was following his own, competely nonsensical plan. How did he ever think this was going to wokr out? How were these people ever going to follow him, either as their good or dark selves? Like, whaaaat? I hate it when smart villains have really dumb plans.

Maze Runner is fun, even though I'm not sure about the ending. It's only hinted at, because the film is just the first part of three and the next movie is coming soon, so I'll wait until I judge, but I doubt the full explanation will make sense either. Uh well, Dylan O'Brian, Thomas Sangster and Kaya Scodelario in one place was cool enough already, so I won't complain. ;)
Aww, Derek. Sorry about that, this season must suck for you on several levels.

I know it will come as a huge surprise - not! - but the fandom blames everything on Stiles, the whole break-up. Wow, so much victim blaming right there. He's the traumatized victim of a serious crime with the typical victim mentality of HIDEHIDEHIDE the stuff he's ashamed of. Yet the break-up is all his fault because if he had told Scott, this wouldn't have happened. As I said on Tumblr, I wonder if the same people would be so quick to judge if he were a rape victim doing exactly the same thing...

I know. Unfortunately, I don`t think the writers see it that way.

And yeah, I read an interview where Jeff Davis said that Scott and Stiles will have to forgive each other in S5B - and I thought to myself, what should Scott forgive Stiles for? If they actually make Stiles apologize for behaving like the traumatized victim he was, I'll seriously punch a kitten.

Tumblr is good for reblogging pretty pictures in my eyes but in terms of fannish discussion, lots of it is crazy town. With no manners either.

Yup, had the same thought. Rarely are fights one-sided but in this case Stiles and only Stiles has something to forgive. Actually, Scott owes the entire pack an apology instead of feeling sorry for himself. Get a grip and put your Alpha-pants back on.
I was pretty miffed at Melissa`s speech to him on how he is their leader. I get it, she is his Mom but nope, he isn`t.
