Oy, I feel the headache from hell coming on. Which would normally not be that much of a problem because the usual painkillers I take for this always work nicely. Only trouble is I had some very, very minor surgery (even just local anesthesia) on Tuesday and am not supposed to take meds with certain ingredients. Like my trusty painkillers. They are
