Perhaps this world expands by the sunrise. For nothing, not even love so big, can ever fill our souls in any way, on any day.

It is tragic, though, that the one thing that keeps us unfilled, when it starts to stray away from us, will leave us with nothing making us feel we are, more or less, nothing.

I had just come out of a season of emptiness. I realized that the reason that I felt so empty was because I stopped believing that God was enough to fill me. I stopped believing that his perfect love could satisfy me.

I had to choose to believe again.

But I wasn't magically filled to the brim just like that. Every day I choose to give God (and LIFE, and LOVE) a chance to fill me again. And every morning I have to make a decision to ask it of God, before everything else. Most days I come to him afraid that he's not really there. But it doesn't matter. I come anyway. I ask anyway. I thank him anyway. And you know what? God always pulls through for you.

Our souls are never filled through our own efforts. Only God, and the people who love us can do it for us. It's all about Love, really! It's all about LOVE!

Thank you, Ate Nikki. I guess I just needed someone who'd remind me about these things. Growing up makes you neglect some things you shouldn't. Growing up even makes us neglect God. Since it's already sem break, I guess I'll have the chance to catch up to my faith. Thank you, really, for reminding me about love and life as you used to. :)
