I should have stuck with my plan and had this week off work, its the whole working on your birthday thing that is causing the downer I think and maybe also started my diet a couple of weeks later so I could have enjoyed food today!
Its going ok. I lost 12lb in my first week, which was bloody marvelous and I'm doing the race for life on Sunday so I'm hoping for a decent loss this week too.
It's harder then I expected but i'm sticking to it so it can't be all bad. I'm detailing all my diet stuff in another journal on here, you're welcome to check it out it's Asty_wal_diet.
Second I had my 40th birthday recently and it just passed like any other day. My parents phoned they had sent a parcel. My sister and the kids phoned. Some friends wrote a card. That it....
