Fantasy vacations are, like, my third-tier fandom. I have so many.

my pretend honeymoon takes place in several places but the entire last week of it is spent in Columbia. http://www.koralia.com/eng/index.html

I go look at it all the time and make happy noises about being on a beach away from everyone else. <3

wow, that place is spectacularly beautiful *sits and watches the slideshows go by for a while* those rooms look somehow amazingly peaceful -- I don't know how I would actually LIKE not having a table, but the emptiness of them is so restful just to look at.

I spend a lot of time looking through this site on Arctic cruises. You can cruise the Northwest Passage! Look at all those remote places they go! Look at all the gear! In reality, I think I would be equal parts scared out of my mind and violently seasick were I to go on an Arctic icebreaker, but it is to dream.

hahaha omg, I immediately went to an extreme due South place! <3

This is my feeling about any cruise in general -- I love the THEORY of staying in a hotel that takes me someplace new every day with no need to pack up and travel, but I am too scared of being sick. :P

You get payed in tomatoes? How very -- healthy....;)

I love googling for holidays - it's totally therapeutic. Unfortunatly I totally lack any self-decipline and sooner or later actually go there, so I have to google affordably. That place in Florence is gorgeous - though probably big enough for you, your family and friends, and your neighbours.

haha, it is more like *I* pay in tomatoes. :P

The Florence place claims they sleep six, which I think means that they have never hosted a fan gathering, lol. I would totally sleep on that couch thing outside under the stars. *dreams*

I've spent a lot of time on the Landmark Trust website looking at all the pretty houses (the Hampton Court one! One day).

ohhhhh, omg.

I would love to go spend a month at this one, writing and fending off invaders by firing arrows from the roof. The curved kitchen!!!

I know, right? My friends and I have actually done a couple of the bigger landmarks (Auchinlech House and the Castle of Park) but the smaller ones would make such a fantastic writing retreat.
