Hee! I've actually been contemplating whether or not to plunk down the $45 for the print version of 2nd ed. Ruby manual. I think I'll stick to the online tutorials for a while, though.

Hi, entirely off topic, but something's odd with your site - the usual main page for your fic is gone, it just shows an index. Each of the links to individual stories work, I checked a few of them, it's just the main fic page I'm not seeing. I didn't know if you had it down for a reason or not, but thought I'd mention it.

Hmm, scratch part of that, the file 'index.cgi' is there, it just isn't coming up through any of the links to your fanfic page.

Thanks so much for the heads up! Have fixed it. (and actually it is on topic because the reason it broke was I fiddled with my .htaccess to play with rails in my dreamhost account. *g*)
