God, I betaed one of those, five hundred billion years ago. I wasn't even Eso yet! So excited you're finally finishing it (and I really ahve to reread the Weather series, which still makes me squirmy and happy to think about).

I am bravely waiting until tomorrow morning to get DH, in part because I'm not quite done rereading HBP, mostly because my ankle is still the size of a basketball and not so much with the line-standing. But damn it, I'm there in SPIRIT. I've been to midnight parties for the last three books, and not doing it for the last one seems weird and wrong.

Scholomance is probably in the first ten HP fics I ever read. It predates my LJ, it predates my writing slash, it predates my daring to *speak* to anyone in fandom; I was a lurker then.

I am SO, SO happy to know I'll get to read the end of it. There are no words. Seriously.
