I've finally gotten off my rear and put up XviD versions of all my older vids that were only available in low-quality formats, as well as reorganized the vidding page a little bit to break it up and put the older vids on a second page ( Read more... )

Hrm.

I don't think we respond to our own pheromone output. It would interfere in sexual attraction, the ability to attract mates, y'see, and therefore purposeless if not downright counterproductive, biologically speaking.

Still.

I'm hardly an expert.

OMG, I didn't know all of them! The Indiana Jones is great - Harrison Ford does the long-suffering look so well!
I found some links for the high-quality vids didn't work with me - the Space Between vid, and the HQ Crouching Tiger... vid didn't either; is it just me?

Not just you! Typo in the Space Between link, and uh, failure to upload Mundian. First one's fixed, second one will be in about five minutes, as soon as the upload finishes. *g*

I made undignified noises when I read about the vid uploads. I don't think I've mentioned it, but your "Kid Fears" vid is one of my favorite fanvids (early influences coming out much? Hah!) so I'm really looking forward to watching these.

Ooh, shiny. I love Solsbury Hill. I have some familiarity with SG-1 but I've barely seen any episodes, so some sections were a bit confusing but overall it made sense (I'm pretty sure - Daniel loses his wife but then finds a new home with SG-1 until ultimately he feels trapped and finds out his wife was a host and eventually needs to move on as someone who is ascended?). My favourite bit was the last 'they've come to take me home' as Daniel ascends, which was really cool, because on the one hand I was sad and yet I was also getting a sense of happiness as he went 'home ( ... )

Thanks for the vids! I've downloaded the Daniel one and the Indiana Jones one.

Re your thoughts on Lucius - it's possible that the herb may have affected his decision-making processes but if he had to justify using the herb on himself because it made everyone around him happy, he still had to have some sort of awareness that their behaviour (toward him) was abnormal.
