Somehow it's no surprise that you feel depressed. We are /that/ similar. I've been feeling depressed for a few weeks now, and I know why.

The future. Can anyone like us just settle down into a 9-5 job and live life normally? It's exam season, and almost time to find out if I passed or failed, and the only reason I care to know my marks is because I want to take some courses next year, and probably the year after. What kind of motivation is that? Not much.

As for your art, don't worry about it. Even in joy, you'll find the emotions to draw sadness. As Lefebvre said: "All you need it to live it, or have lived it, without taking it for granted. With that, nothing will ever leave you."
