When they post their prices online, this is considered an offer. Once you have booked a room, you've accepted their offer, they are bind. Technically, they cannot back out of a contract, the only issue here is -- this is a distance sale, so it might be a bit harder than face to face contract, but not really.

You're absolutely right but there is one thing which should be taken in cosideration - a different type of currencies.
All prices over EU are nominated into euro and I would like to make a payment under current exchage rate EUR/RUR (i.e. EUR1,000.00=RUR56,000.00) and to fix my expenses at certain level :)
Figuratively speaking I'm takling about a fixing of payment sum in RUR instead of execution a rent agreement between myself and hotel :)
