Clubbin' in DC

I had my first real clubbing experience in DC  this past weekend. I've been to a few bars/clubs on Adams Morgan (which I would compare to 6th Street, but a little bit ghettoer), but nothing like the place I went to Friday

My ex-roomie was so excited everytime I invited him out because he's originally from Boston. He told me these stories of clubs charging $20 covers, $8.50 beers, $20 mixed drinks. Everyone having to dress nicely...

He was so happy to be in a comfortable, laid-back place, with cheap beer and outdoor bars. He'd never experienced that! Can you believe that?!

I can now. Even the shitty clubs have overpriced drinks.
