First entry from new-to-us computer. Was having trouble with the modem yesterday... turned out I had just not pushed it in hard enough. Chris came over and remedied that. Just working on some key customizations. First download was msn, of course. Heh. Trying to do homework reading too. So long and boring. Ugh. Yeah, the keyboard I'm using is French

like anyone from ottawa is going to go to rockland for a waitressing job. that's so lame of them. it's only ten minutes from orleans if you're going like 120 on highway 17.. and if you're counting from like, trim road.. they are idiots. hopefully they'll hire you.

we should hit up flagstones next time i'm there if it's open. the rockland scene will soon have a new focal point of mediocrity!

But anyway, yeah, woot for mediocrity!
I wanna check out the menu selection, etc. At least when you're inside it looks nice enough to forget that you're in rockland.. i don't know what the clientele is like, though.. hopefully not too many rockland skeeves go there. Apparently it's a bit pricier, so maybe that keeps them away.. haha. When I went in, there was one guy sitting at the bar using his laptop, and two ladies having drinks and food near a window, and a lady also came in to make reservations.. this was at like.. 3:30pm btwn lunch and dinner.

did you tell your parents about getting the dsl lite that is practically as cheap as dialup??

I mentioned it to my mom, but she didn't really react to it. She probably doesn't even remember me telling her, so I'll have to bring it up again another time.
